Meet the Author: On Friday, February 27th at 7 PM, at Altro Soufflé on via Galvani 22C, Luciana Sampogna, chef and author, will present her latest book "Veneto in cucina."

Last Friday, February 27th at 7:00 PM, a wonderful evening dedicated to Venetian gastronomic tradition took place at Altro Soufflé in via Galvani 22C in Verona.

The protagonist of the event was Luciana Sampogna, chef and author, who presented her book Veneto in Cucina – The Flavours of Veneto. 80 Ricette della tradizione – 80 Traditional Recipes, published by Sime Books.

Founder of the Italian Cooking School in Sydney and trained in Bologna with Margherita Simili and Valeria Simili, Luciana shared her professional journey and deep connection with Venetian culinary tradition with the audience. Since 2021, she has been living permanently in Italy and now teaches among the wonderful Prosecco Hills, welcoming students from all over the world.

During the evening, the chef prepared some typical Venetian dishes, involving participants in a practical and convivial experience. The moment dedicated to autographed copies of the book also took place, making the meeting even more special.
