On Sunday 5 October , in the splendid setting of the San Salvatore Castle in Susegana (TV), we invite you to the presentation of “ Veneto in cucina ”, our new book by Luciana Sampogna with photographs by Franco Cogoli , within the annual Libri in Cantina event.
Every recipe is a story, every dish is a memory.
This book is not just a collection of recipes, but a true sensory and cultural journey through Venetian cuisine.
From the cicchetti of Venice, a city of spices and trade, to the mountains and hills of the mainland with their taverns: each page intertwines cuisine and identity, food and landscapes, tradition and daily life.

- Traditional Venetian recipes : from the Venetian bacari to the Dolomites, passing through the great cities of Vicenza and Verona.

The authors
- Luciana Sampogna , a chef and teacher with over 25 years of experience, returned to Veneto after a long career in Australia to share the flavors of her homeland.
- Franco Cogoli , a Venetian photographer, who, thanks to his skillful use of light, creates images capable of evoking atmospheres, traditions and scents.
