Veneto in the Pot: A Journey Through Tradition, Flavors, and Culture

Wednesday, September 2nd, at 9:00 PM, at the Meeting Arena in the Fair Village, an event dedicated to Venetian cuisine and its traditions.

Cooking is memory, culture, and identity. It is precisely from this idea that “Veneto in the Pot – The recipes of our tradition” was born, the conference dedicated to showcasing the flavors and recipes that tell the story of the Veneto region.

During the evening, the book “Veneto in cucina – The flavours of Veneto” by Luciana Sampogna will be presented, a volume that collects and celebrates the recipes of the Venetian tradition, recounting their ingredients, flavors, and history.

Accompanying the presentation will be a show cooking session with Andrea Cesaro – The chef with two f's, who will bring tradition directly to the kitchen through a live demonstration. It is an opportunity to discover how local products and recipes can become the stars of a cuisine capable of combining tradition and creativity.

The meeting will therefore be a true journey through taste, discovering a culinary style deeply tied to the region and its communities.
