"Veneto in Cucina – The Flavors of Veneto" is much more than a cookbook: it's a collection of family memories, experiences, and dishes passed down through generations. With 80 authentic recipes , selected by chef Luciana Sampogna , the book takes us on a journey of discovery through the most authentic Venetian cuisine, from the Venetian bacari to the Dolomites.

Let yourself be seduced by the aromas of oriental spices and fresh Venetian seafood, taste risotto with Amarone di Verona, experience the Prosecco landscapes where meat reigns supreme, and ascend to the mountains to discover mountain cuisine of game, apples, and blue skies. Learn to cook Vicenza-style cod, fry polenta, make gnocchi, cakes, and the authentic Tiramisu, born in Treviso.

Each dish is accompanied by the splendid photographs of Franco Cogoli , who manages to capture the authentic spirit of places and dishes.

" I invite you to join us at our table and discover our culture, which has transformed cuisine into art and offered it to the world as a generous gift. Welcome to my home, the land to which I am proud to belong." – Luciana Sampogna

A book designed for those who love cooking, traveling, and experiencing Italy authentically.
