SIME BOOKS ALSO STARS IN SHANGHAI WITH NEWITALIANBOOKS' CHINESE LANGUAGE SHOWCASE
The portal that promotes and showcases Italian publishing to the world will be present at the 12th edition of the China Shanghai International Children’s Book Fair, scheduled to take place in Shanghai from November 14 to 16, 2025, with a special trilingual showcase – in Italian, English, and Chinese – dedicated to Italian children's books.
The initiative, which aims to strengthen Italian leadership in a sector that currently accounts for approximately one-third of Italian book rights sales abroad, benefits from the collaboration of the Italian diplomatic and cultural network in China, and, in particular, the Italian Cultural Institute of Shanghai, which handled the Chinese translation of all texts, and the Italian Publishers Association.
