The Apulian cuisine is both peasant and seafaring cuisine, based on raw materials linked to the conformation of the territory, and "poor" in the noblest sense of the term. The quality of the basic ingredients is guaranteed by a millennial agricultural and seafaring tradition, while the peasant vocation at the base of the preparations ensures, in most cases, their simplicity of execution.
All the gastronomic civilization of Puglia enclosed in 80 recipes. Puglia in the kitchen however, it is not a simple recipe book, but an authentic insight into the culinary art and culture of this region, a journey through images through the photographs made ad hoc by specialized photographers. Traditional recipes, but also preparations enriched with touches of creativity and precious suggestions on pairings with local wines.
